9. AI-Powered Application Services

In addition to operating this website, Applogy publishes mobile applications that use artificial intelligence for features such as face-swap, avatar generation, AI photo editing, and video generation. This Privacy Policy applies to both this website and our AI applications. Each application may also display additional in-app notices on its app store listing or first launch screen, which apply together with this policy.

10. Face Data and Biometric Information

Where our AI applications offer face-swap, avatar generation, or expression transformation features, the application analyses facial landmarks from photos that you choose to upload. The following rules apply to this face data:

  • Face data is shared only with the AI service providers we use to generate your requested output. It is never sold and is never shared with data brokers.
  • Raw face data is not stored permanently. It is deleted immediately after the AI generation has been completed.
  • The generated output (image or video) remains associated with your account only for as long as you keep it, or until you delete your account.
  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, in accordance with KVKK Article 7 and applicable data-protection law.

11. Third-Party AI Service Providers

Depending on the feature you use, our AI applications may transmit your selected content (such as photos, videos, or text prompts) to one or more of the following third-party AI providers for processing:

Under our agreements with these providers, they may not retain your content after the request has been completed and may not use your content to train their models without your explicit consent. The actual subset of providers used by any given application depends on the features that application offers.

12. Analytics and Application SDKs

Our AI applications integrate the following third-party SDKs for crash reporting, attribution, subscription management, and product analytics:

13. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To request information about processing if data has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • To request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7 of KVKK
  • To request notification of corrections and deletions to third parties
  • To object to results arising from automated data analysis
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

14. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the duration required by processing purposes and statute of limitations periods prescribed by relevant legislation. When the retention period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK.

Content processed by our AI applications (photos, videos, and text prompts) is processed in real time. Raw face data is deleted immediately after the AI generation completes. When you delete your account, all associated AI generation outputs and related content are also deleted.

15. Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Significant changes will be communicated on our website.
